This role will be based in our Smethwick office.
In this role, candidates will carry out personal assistant duties to our Director.
Other main responsibilities will be office administration, completing general operations required on a daily basis and providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
GCSE Level or equivalent, Basic use of computers
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic. Great organisation and administration skills, who wishes to work hard within a small team. We are looking for a punctual hardworking individual who takes pride in all work completed.

Administrative Duties:
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Filing
- Contacting clients and staff
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
- Invoicing
- Billing
- Purchasing
